Who we are

What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject and message. For security reasons we also record the IP address the request came from and the site domain used. This website has no user registration and builds no visitor profiles.

What we use it for

Exclusively to answer your contact request and, where applicable, to prepare the proposal you asked for.

How long we keep it

Until your request is handled and for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If a contractual relationship begins in the meantime, the data is then processed under that contract.

Who we share it with

No one. The data is hosted on MagicBrain's own servers, in datacenters in Portugal and the European Union. We use no third-party marketing, statistics or analytics services.

Cookies

This website uses cookies: a record of your choice in the cookie bar (kept in your browser) and, if you accept, Google Analytics visit-statistics cookies, which help us understand which pages are most visited. If you decline, no statistics cookies are set and the website still works.

Embedded map

The contacts page can embed an OpenStreetMap map, a non-profit community project. The map only loads after you accept it in the cookie bar; at that moment, OpenStreetMap’s servers receive technical data about your visit, such as the IP address. Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing of your data by writing to magicbrain@magicbrain.pt.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site or the services change. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page.
